About this object
Li Hongbo is a Beijing based artist who uses paper to create unique 3d malleable sculptures that challenge the viewer's perception of metamorphosis in sculpture. In this work Li Hongbo examines the conflict of war and the weapons with colourful paper gun accordions by transforming the violent imagery of guns into a colourful abstract rainbow.
