About this object
"Tony Coleing has made paintings, drawings, sculptures and prints over a career spanning almost five decades. His work has always been infused with humour and a satirical, cutting edge.

Coleing represented Australia at the 1980 Venice Biennale and in 1992 his collaborative prints were exhibited in Tony Coleing & Friends at the National Gallery of Australia. As a young artist he was included in the landmark 1968 exhibition The Field at the National Gallery of Victoria."
